About Me

Jacob has pursued the art and science of strength and conditioning ever since high school where he sought to solve his own athletic deficiencies and chronic knee pain. Years of independent research and experimentation in an attempt to solve his own needs lead him into coaching early on.

Jacob currently works as the sport scientist for Forge FC of the CPL (Canadian Premier League), after serving as head strength & conditioning coach for 3 seasons.
Previously, he has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at King's Christian Collegiate (OSBA), McMaster University (varsity basketball/football & youth training programs), Burloak Prep Basketball Academy, STAC Basketball, and has provided remote year-round programming for Western Women's Hockey (OUA).
Alongside the athletic ventures, he's also had the privilege of training a vast range of people with all sorts of health/fitness/physique goals.
