MHP 28-Day Nutrition Challenge

I'm excited to have you here. This challenge is for anyone that has attempted one (or ten) of the many weight loss programs out there. Did you finish, or quit, feeling disappointed by the results, exhausted by the effort, or less healthy than before despite any changes in the scale?

Most plans & programs operate using extreme restrictions that may result in short-term success, but are simply not sustainable as a lifestyle. I seek to help you create new eating habits that are easy to implement and will hopefully become a part of your daily life.

How it Works:

Each week you will receive a new challenge that builds on the week before. These challenges are purposefully simple. I want you to build good habits, which means you must be able to complete the tasks consistently.

Once you've signed up below by purchasing I will get you started immediately. You will receive an online questionnaire which will help me determine which of the 3 different habit challenges you will benefit most from. Upon completion of the questionnaire you will be given the challenge for week 1.

Each week consists of:

  1. A tracking sheet for your fridge to track the completion of your challenge each day (this is also the proof of completion required to redeem any prizes). You will need to print out the PDF.

  2. A 15-minute coaching call where I clarify any confusion about the challenge and give you tools for completing the challenge consistently.

Prizes:

Prizes are determined by how consistent you were with the 4-weeks of challenges, measured by the % of days completed. The breakdown is as follows:

Gold Prize Pack: 100% completion

  • Option A: (Must be local)

    • Fitness & health assessment with a functional movement screen

    • 2 training sessions (1-hour each)

  • Option B: (Can be completed entirely remotely if not local)

Silver Prize Pack: 90% completion

  • Option A: (Must be local)
